This option is meant to be a one-on-one experience to provide you with the attention to instruct you about baking cookies, making royal icing, and decorating cookies.

The base price is set for a 2 hour session to cover skills we discuss and lay out beforehand. These skills are can be customized to your needs and wants. Some skills we can cover are:

• rolling out and baking sugar cookies

• making royal icing

• royal icing consistencies

• cutting and using tipless piping bags

• outlining, flooding, and piping details

• wet-on-wet technique

• icing dry times for sectioning and layering

• adding texture to royal icing

• how to make and use sprinkles/transfers out of royal icing

• floral designs and tips

This price will accommodate up to 2 individuals. Price adjustments can be made to include additional participants and time can be added on to the session.
